Can my monthly fee change?
Your proposal confirms the services included and the fee. Fees may be reviewed over time, including if your business or the work involved changes. We explain and agree any proposed change before it takes effect.
I’m not very tech savvy! Is a digital accountant for me?
Yes, we are certainly the right fit for you. If you choose our gold monthly accounting subscription, we will take care of all of the bookkeeping and reconciling for you. All you are required to do is upload your income and link your automatic bank feed (links of how to do this are in the Resource Hub above).
I already have an accountant, is it easy to change?
it is simple to change. All you need to do is provide us with their contact details and we will take care of the rest.
Is debt recovery support included in my plan?
If you need help with unpaid invoices, speak to us about the options. Your proposal will confirm whether debt recovery support is included, what it covers and any separate charges. Legal representation or recovery costs should not be assumed to be included.
